Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TradeVellum. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of TradeVellum
TradeVellum is a trading journal and analytics tool. You are responsible for the trades, notes, screenshots, imports, and other information you add to your account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with the platform, abuse access, or attempt to access another user account.
2. No Financial Advice
TradeVellum provides journaling, organization, and performance analysis tools only. Nothing in the product is financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication provider account and for keeping your devices secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Subscription prices, features, and billing cycles are shown before checkout. You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal where available. Access to paid features may change if a payment fails, a subscription expires, or a plan is canceled.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the trading journal content you add to TradeVellum. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide and improve the service, secure the platform, and comply with law.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep TradeVellum reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, bugs, or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeVellum is provided as is and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, or decisions made using the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the product or by other appropriate means.
